Elysian Exquisite will accept any exchanges within seven business days upon receipt of goods. In fairness that Elysian Exquisite is at fault for the unsatisfactory of the products within 24 hours we ask that you reach out to customer service @ Porcheelysian@gmail.com. For instants if an order is placed for a specific item and we mistakenly ship the wrong item Elysian Exquisite will honor and exchange at no additional cost for the products of equal values order only no monetary exchanges at all. If the item has been used or altered we will not allow for an exchange.

In the Event that the products need to be returned back to Elysian Exquisite the original purchase cannot be taken out of the original (10x) tie wrapped bundle, nor can wigs, closures, frontals or lashes be altered, combed, brushed, worn or cut(including lace on any Elysian Exquisite products). Elysian Exquisite clients will be notified by email that you are responsible for the cost of shipping and in order for Elysian Exquisite to ship a new full refund package of product only. (There will be no cash, automatic electronic teller nor electronic payment refunds of any kind.) In order to begin the processing of a refund Elysian Exquisite must first receive a tracking number that is traceable to show and prove that the product is being shipped back to its rightful home address of Elysian Exquisite collections. Once Elysian Exquisite receives your returned package we will email you confirmation of packaged being received. We would then and only then begin processing your refund if it meets the eligibility of no alterations as mentioned
above. You will receive confirmation of new order shipping status and updates. If order is not eligible for exchange you will receive back the exact package in which you sent back home to Elysian Exquisite with standard shipping method.

Shipping:

It will take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We do NOT ship orders on the same day you order. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

Elysian Exquisite hair is pure and unprocessed therefore it comes in the natural shade of 1b(With Blonde available by inquiry being pure and unprocessed). No one will be able to guarantee that bundles will have the same color because as mentioned before, no two heads of hair are the same. We highly recommend consulting with a professional stylist if your interested in coloring Elysian Exquisite products.
